Very good service although I didn't receive my free car clean and had to ask for the healthcheck. Apart from that I was very pleased with the service I received.

Staff made sure that I was kept informed about the timescale for completion. I was originally told by central booking a 4hr wait. Dorchester said it was required all day, but messaged me at 09.30 to say it was in workshop and would be ready at lunch.

I wasn't happy with Enterprise, who i collected my hire car from, staff were very rude and lied, but that wasn't Mini.

Unfortunately my car was needed for two days and issues were not dealt with within the day I was expecting.

Great customer service but not 100% certain yet if the tech issue is fully resolved as it was intermittent (time will tell) but great quick service so thank you very much.
